Why celebrate failure, you ask? Because it's powerful, liberating, and downright life-changing! This day is all about ditching the polished, picture-perfect versions of ourselves and embracing the beauty of our flops, flummoxes, and full-blown fiascos. It’s in those moments of vulnerability where we find real connection, healing, and often, the seeds of our greatest successes.
We’ve lined up two incredible workshops leading up to the big day: one focused on resilience and the other on storytelling. These sessions are designed to equip you with the tools to bounce back stronger and to share your story in a way that inspires and uplifts others.
At the main event, we’re hosting themed breakout rooms where you can dive into stories of failure around specific topics, share your own experiences, and find solidarity with others who’ve been there, done that, and lived to tell the tale.
But that’s not all! The evening will crescendo with our featured storytellers—people who’ve not only scored major public wins but have also faced some tough, not-so-public failures. They’ll take us on a journey through their ups and downs, showing us what it really takes to turn losses into wins.
And the cherry on top? Our headliner for the night is none other than the incredible Ebony Evans, also known as Farmer Girl Eb! Ebony has a remarkable story, having started not one but two urban farms with a mission to nourish communities with fresh, whole foods and foster a sense of togetherness. Her journey hasn’t been a smooth one, and right now, she’s in the fight of her life to keep her farms running. This is a story still unfolding, and you’ll have the chance to be a part of it.
